Bitrupt is looking for a versatile & adaptable UI/UX designer who can understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Skills Required:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer for Mobile/Web Applications
- Professional portfolio of design projects.
- Knowledge of tools Figma, Adobe XD
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Fluent in English & good communicator
- Expertise in standard UI/UX software such as Figma, XD, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Be passionate about all things UI/UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
